  • Academic diplomas and transcripts.
  • Foreign education evaluation (for foreign degrees), if available.
  • All letters verifying previous work experience, if available.
  • Detailed and updated resume (please note employment dates and employers, not just projects).
  • Current I-94 card, front and back, including those for all accompanying family members (even if back-side is blank).
  • Relevant passport pages (ID page and any pages with visas and entry/exit stamps), including those for accompanying family members.
  • All previously issued USCIS Approval Notices (I-797 Notice of Action).
  • All I-20s, front and back (if previously in F-1 status), and EAD (Employment Authorization Document).
  • Pay-stubs for the past 2 months, if you are in the U.S. in a work-authorized status such has H or L status.
  • AC21 portability paperwork: Labor Certification, I-140 approval notice and I-485 receipt notice and EAD/AP approvals for you and all accompanying family members.
  • Marriage certificate and birth certificates for all accompanying family members (if applicable)
