JUNIPER NETWORKS, INC. PRAISES ILG’S OUTSOURCING SERVICE

Juniper Networks, Inc. came to ILG a few years ago and asked for help with a dilemma it was facing with its immigration program. The company's Immigration Specialist was being promoted to another department within the company and her manager, the head of its immigration program was moving out of state and he would only be available to answer immigration questions via telephone or email; not in person. Juniper did not want to increase its headcount by hiring a replacement to take over the Immigration Specialist position but the company wished to maintain the level of personal service it had been providing to its employees, i.e. the employees' ability to drop by Juniper’s immigration department and speak to a person knowledgeable in immigration matters.

ILG looks for innovative ways to help resolve our clients' immigration problems and provide customized legal services to our clients. One of the ways to achieve this goal, we offer our outsourcing service to clients. Our outsourcing service is unique in that it can be customized to meet each company’s specific needs. ILG's outsourcing service to Juniper involves providing the company with an onsite Case Manager who is knowledgeable on the company’s existing policies and procedures to take on the company’s immigration responsibilities so that the interests of both the company and its foreign national workforce continues to be fully addressed. Steve Jaquess, Manager of Global Mobility at Juniper Networks, recently commented on our outsourcing service since it was implemented at Juniper in 2006:

"As a testimony to the success of the ILG outsourced model, consider that it allows me to telecommute to Juniper's Sunnyvale office from my home out of state.   Our onsite case manager and I have a standing conference call each morning to go over policy questions, employee cases and to define strategies.  When I’m working with HR Business Partners, foreign nationals or hiring managers, I have the option of arranging an 'in house' meeting with the ILG staff member and employees in a Juniper conference room or to have everyone in conference call.  Having the Onsite Case Manager act as the first point of contact for foreign nationals and our Staffing Representatives allows me more opportunity to work uninterrupted and focus on other Global Mobility matters.

We could not be more pleased with ILG's work to support Juniper’s US Immigration needs. On a daily basis, they go above and beyond the call, providing superior service with a 'human touch'. It's this kind of dedication and customer service that differentiates ILG from other immigration law firms. We are delighted to be their client."
