US ICE Issues An Advisory For Employers To Increase Awareness Of Employment Authorization Fraud

February 7, 2008

US ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) issued an advisory for employers to increase awareness of employment authorization fraud. The term "three pack" refers to the frequently encountered fraudulent document combination of the Social Security card, the state driver's license or identity card, and a work authorization document. For the entire advisory, see: http://www.ice.gov/doclib/pi/news/newsreleases/articles/wse_advisory_v27.pdf
